1. Ownership of your outputs
You own the prompts you write, edit, and save in The Gilded Studio, and you are free to use them for personal or commercial projects.
2. AI platform terms still apply
The Gilded Studio helps you write prompts for third-party AI image and video generators. Any output you create by submitting those prompts to another platform is subject to that platform's terms, license, and commercial-use policy. We do not control those platforms or their terms.
3. No guarantee of rights
We do not guarantee that any AI-generated output is unique, uncopyrighted, or free of third-party rights. It is your responsibility to review and clear rights before using outputs commercially.
4. Prohibited commercial uses
You may not use The Gilded Studio or prompts created with it for illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful commercial activities. This includes creating misleading advertising, non-consensual imagery, or content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Brand and resale
You may not resell access to The Gilded Studio itself, white-label it, or represent it as your own product.
