1. Who this policy applies to
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of The Gilded Studio, operated by The AI Architect. By using the App, you agree to follow this policy as well as our Terms of Service.
2. Permitted use
You may use The Gilded Studio to organize, tailor, and store AI image and video prompts for personal or commercial creative projects, subject to these terms and any access plan you have purchased.
3. Prohibited use
By using The Gilded Studio, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to create, store, or organize content that is illegal, infringing, or that facilitates harm to others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the App, or interfere with its normal operation.
- Use the App to build, store, or generate prompts intended to create child sexual abuse material, content that harasses or defames real individuals, or content that infringes on others' intellectual property or publicity rights.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any licensing, copy-protection, or purchase-verification mechanism associated with the App.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with The AI Architect or The Gilded Studio brand.
4. Reporting violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please email us at support@thegildedstudio.app.
5. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, loss of support access, removal of offending content, and, where applicable, legal action. We may investigate suspected violations and take action at our sole discretion.
6. Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the latest version. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
